UPASNA membership is limited to people of North India (Hindi Speaking) states of Bharat, living only in North America.

UPASNA Membership Fee :

Membership – Family Life Membership : $300.00
Membership – Single Annual Membership : $50.00
Membership – Family Annual Membership : $100.00

UPASNA reserves the right to verify the information provided by seeking additional identity documentation.
In accordance with and without limitation to UPASNA bylaws, If UPASNA determines, in its sole discretion, that any individual on this application no longer subscribes to the objectives of UPASNA or that false or misleading information was provided, UPASNA may reject this application or cancel the membership of any or all persons listed in this application form. In any case, membership fees are non-refundable.
If you are paying by credit card, the UPASNA applicant must be the card holder. If you are paying by personal check, the UPASNA applicant must be the account holder. Annual Membership Expires on the last day of calendar year.
